Frontend Developer (CRO)

Job description

We are currently looking for a talented Frontend Developer with experience in Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO). This is an exciting opportunity to make your mark on a fairly new workstream for HYD.
You’ll work as part of a cross functional product squad to develop and implement experiments for clients. You’ll work with a talented bunch of QA engineers, UX designers and of course other developers.

While your role will primarily focus on experiment development, you will also be part of a wider frontend and technical team with lots of room for growth as well as growing into a more senior role within the company.


We expect you to have:

  • Excellent knowledge of HTML/CSS
  • Excellent knowledge of Javascript (ES6 and beyond)
  • SASS or similar
  • Git and version control
  • Knowledge and experience of CRO tools and platforms such as Optimizely, Google Optimize, VWO or similar
  • Proven experience with A/B testing specifically

Nice to have:

  • Backend understanding especially LAMP stacks
  • E2E testing
  • Understanding of UX design
  • Experience with REST APIs
